Everyone acquire knowledge but in different forms. Be it from theory or practical.
Just as a coin has two sides, similarly knowledge also has two sides. The value of a coin is not based on just one aspect. If you want to improve your capabilities then you will have to achieve both the aspects within yourself. similarly , we are also human beings, if we acquire only theoretical knowledge then we are incomplete or if we acquire only practical knowledge (skill) then we are also incomplete. If we want to increase our value in society and make ourselves socially valuable, we have to acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge.
our practical knowledge is weak
In today’s time we see that our education system has become very good. And we all are slowly and gradually improving. But we see that if any question is asked to our school students then they answer but if we ask them to do it practically then they can not .
Even when we ask the engineering students of our country, the situation is that they have theoretical knowledge but are weak in practicality.
As we know that there are practical labs in schools and colleges and students practice there but still they do not get the skill. And we have also seen that in most of the places there is a lab only in name and all the equipment is defective.
Today, we give importance to education but we give importance to only one aspect of it, that is why educated people are becoming unemployed in the country. Our beloved country is called the country of youth, but most of the youth here keep running here and there just for jobs, they do not get proper employment. If we give practical knowledge to students from the beginning and make them skilled so that they do not have to run for jobs, they will get jobs easily and they can also do their own startup.

We go to school or college and study all year round, we don’t understand the syllabus completely just memorize it somehow and the main aim is to get good percentage so that we get the best job, nothing more than that. Most of the things we learn in school or college never work in our practical life. We should also focus on practical knowledge.
